在濟南汽車音響改裝電路中,各部分電路出現異常所表現的故障現象,一般都有其規律性。從大量納檢修實例來看,故障發生的原因及部位均有相似之處,一般有以下幾種情況。

5.其它易損件故障。汽車收音機中的電位器也是較容易損壞的元件之一,電位器的損壞主要是帶開關的音量及音調電位器, 主要表現為接觸不良、轉軸斷裂等。若電位器轉軸斷裂應更換;若電位器內部接觸不良,可先滴入少量機油并轉動幾次,如果仍接觸不良,就是膜片與觸點磨損太 多,應更換新件。
