1、減振
減振主要是盡量減少安裝揚(yáng)聲器部位周圍的振動,因?yàn)閾P(yáng)聲器在工作時,音盆所產(chǎn)生的振動也會導(dǎo)致其周邊的鋼板部分也產(chǎn)生振動,從而使音盆振動產(chǎn)生非線性失真,影響整體音質(zhì)。減振的方法一般是用固定法進(jìn)行減振,就是在門板的內(nèi)側(cè),貼覆硬度較大的減振板如膠板等。在揚(yáng)聲器的安裝部位,單純地利用表面來增加剛性還不夠,最好是加裝剛性較好的墊圈。在較高級的改裝中,將門板重新倒模,增加其剛性。

2、隔音
由于汽車的特殊性,汽車門板的處理在減振的同時,也要做相應(yīng)的隔音處理,隔音是隔絕汽車的外界噪音以及在行駛途中的引擎聲,路噪和風(fēng)噪聲等。隔音的方法是降低固體噪聲的傳入,一般地在減振的材料中,會采用雙層的材料同時做到吸聲隔音的處理,同時在引擎艙蓋,防火墻等處都可以貼覆減振材料等。而要濾除由空氣中傳來的噪聲,在汽車環(huán)境中,比較難以處理。一般只能對汽車的密封性做處理,也就是對汽車的橡膠邊條做良好的處理,特別是在改裝過程中反復(fù)拆除,會使其密封性不好。
